This Eastern Tiger Swallowtail was injured on the road and discovered by a park ranger, who then brought it to us. It was still alive, although its wings were badly broken. Still, most butterflies can survive with less than 25% of their wing area still intact, so this one might make it. We returned it to a blossom and let it be.
